User-Agent
The name a browser or bot gives when it requests a page. It is how a server tells Googlebot from ChatGPT from a person, and how robots.txt rules are addressed to one and not another.

Prompt Injection
An attack where hidden instructions in a web page or document trick an AI into ignoring its real orders. The reason a careful assistant treats page content as information, never as commands.

An AI navigating a website on somebody’s behalf: finding the price, checking availability, sometimes buying. Sites that rely on hover menus and unlabelled buttons are hard for an agent to use.

Marking AI-generated content so it can be identified later, often invisibly. Part of the same effort as provenance, and equally early.
